Paste the offending message in the text area.
For each involved ISP (IP number or domain name), complete one ISP block.
- Items 1, 2, and 3 are required for each ISP.
- Items 4 & 5 may be used to provide further information, if desired.
Detailed Instructions For Each Line:
- 1. Email addresses. If a domain or IP number, the program will attempt to determine email addresses.
- 2. Pick reason that explains why a particular recipient is selected.
- 3. Direct quote from the message or supporting log entries.
- 4. URL to relevant evidence file, either local or elsewhere (not required).
- 5. Clarifications and explanations (not required).
